Returns and Refunds policy

Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and our returns process when you buy from us online.

Some products we sell are subject to specific return restrictions due to hygiene, food safety, or customisation. These are explained below.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Your right to cancel (online purchases)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery using the contact details below. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s).

Product-specific return rules

1. Food and perishable goods (including honey)

For hygiene and food safety reasons:

We cannot accept returns of food products (including honey) that have been opened or unsealed, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Unopened food items with the seal intact may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

2. Non-food products

Unless otherwise stated on the product page:

Non-food items may be returned within 14 days of delivery

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging

Some non-food items may be excluded from returns for hygiene or safety reasons. Any such exclusions will be clearly stated before purchase.

3. Personalised or custom-made products

Personalised or made-to-order items are non-returnable, unless they are faulty or not as described.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If any product you receive is:

1) Faulty

2) Damaged in transit

3) Unsafe

4) Not as described

5) Incorrectly supplied

Please contact us as soon as possible.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have:

30 days from delivery to reject faulty goods for a full refund

Up to 6 months where faults are presumed to have existed at delivery

In these cases, we will offer a refund or replacement, and we will cover reasonable return postage costs.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), or evidence they have been sent back, we will issue your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

If you cancel under your 14-day right to cancel, we will also refund the standard delivery charge (excluding any premium delivery upgrades).

Return postage

For returns due to cancellation (change of mind), you are responsible for return postage unless otherwise stated.

For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return postage.

If return postage responsibility is not stated for a product, we will assume responsibility in line with legal requirements.
